Have you ever heard of the axiom, "What you focus on expands?" It's true on many levels. You have a warehouse of beneficial chemicals in your brain that begin to unleash when you consciously practice uplifting mindsets. When you focus on a single opportunity in a single day and grow with it you can end up in a profound many level shift that benefits the rest of your life.
Come to this circle, be reminded and discuss details about how to upgrade your self and your life through practicing gratitude. Everyone in the circle will have a chance to share what they are grateful for. Expect to hear uplifting stories and leaving the group energized and really ready for the life opportunities ahead.
